Login and Access Booth (1 min.):
Access to Job Seekers Before the Event (2 mins.):
Tip: Search the registered job seekers one week before a Virtual Job Fair, view their profiles and invite them to visit your booth!
Interactions: Text Chats (2 mins.):
Tip: The text chats with each job seeker on Premier Virtual are booth chats that all your recruiters in the booth can see and respond to.
Note: Disregard the “clock” icon in the list of booth visitors, as this will not show for future events.
Interactions: One-on-One Video Calls (1 min.):
Tip: Before starting a one-on-one video call with a job seeker, ask them in the chat box if they are available for a call now.
Interactions: Conference Calls (2 mins.):
Tip: Because our events are highly attended, we recommend using the “Conference Call” feature to have a Presentation with multiple job seekers at once. You can start a Presentation and invite all job seekers to it who have visited your booth to that point. Having multiple presentations throughout the event (for example, at 11:15, 12:15, and 1:15) as new visitors come into your booth facilitates you connecting with as many job seekers as possible.
