Frank T. Goertner is the Director for Military & Veteran Affairs at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business where he chairs the Initiative for Veteran Lifelong Leadership and leads program development for the U.S. Defense Innovation Base. A retired U.S. Navy Commander, Frank is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, and he holds an MBA and MA in International Relations from the University of Maryland at College Park.
